Dr. Sample received his training at the University
of Southern California, with an emphasis in
periodontics and cosmetic dentistry. He
graduated in the top ten percent of his class
and is a member of the Omega Kappa
Upsilon honor society.
Dr. Sample has practiced at the Sample
location since 1992. He is a member of the
American Dental Association, California
Dental Association and the Orange County
Dental Society. Multi-lingual,he is fluent
in English, French and Spanish.
